History

Andrews Elementary School is a modern facility, opened in April 2004. This state-of-the-art structure replaced the original building, constructed in 1929 and renovated in 1972. Situated in the southwest sector of Huntington County, the school serves the community of Andrews, population 1,290, and rural Dallas Township, population 1,982. Approximately forty-five percent of the student population resides within the town limits, and the rest of the students live in rural Dallas Township.
